The scientific frontier encompasses the very large, the very small and the very complex. Each has a plethora of unsolved problems. In this lecture, I shall list many of those I consider to be the most challenging, and review a handful on which I have worked, ranging from the origin of the universe to the origin of life, from the nature of time to the search for ET.
